- Introduced vueJS as a new front-end library and nuxtJS as a new web server. Progressively migrated old legacy php codes to new nuxtJS web server and scala db api server
- Setup data pipeline, tracked critical events and active events within applications and executed exploratory data analysis by using google tag manager, firebase, bigQuery and cleverTap
- Introduced association rule based recommendation and non-personalized stat based algorithms to recommend personalized feeds

- Proactively setup privacy-aware analytics infrastructure, tracked key events within applications and executed exploratory data analysis to understand user behaviors of deal-prone and coupon-prone cohorts by using google tag manager, firebase, bigQuery and cleverTap. Contributed to making decisions to set the priorities between Deal and Coupon business on the following quarters and identified ways to increase retention rates by finding most frequently pages and most used features of each cohort on following page conversion analysis.
- Took initiative of building a/b testing server infrastructure to apply a/b tests before making financially important decisions or decisions with conflicting goals. Analyzed differences of signup rates and churn rates when forcing users to signup on coupon pages and compared ltvs between gaining signup users and losing churn users. Signup rate increased 5 times
comparing with 1.14 times increment of churn rates.
- Introduced association rule based recommender and other simple personalized recommenders to recommend personalized feeds. Collected key events and visualized click conversion ratios of each recommender while introducing Tableau as a BI Tool. Attained 14% increment of click rates on the best recommender.
- Led a team of devs to rearchitect monolithic web architectures into MSAs using nuxtJS web server and scala api server to support SEO friendly pages and caching. Home page load time reduced 74% after the migration. Achieved better scalability and readability by applying component based library vueJS and removing duplicate codes.
